My practice involves taking a hands-on leadership role to create aligned sales teams that sell more stuff, to the right customers, at the right price. Go-to-market strategies must make sense with the marketplace and buyers. Sales funnels must reflect reality and provide accurate forecasting. Sales managers must be leaders; attracting, supporting and retaining top talent. And the sales strategy must be aligned with corporate, product and marketing strategies. 

An evolving expertise within my practice involves introducing U.S. businesses to the art and science of Debriefing, a continuous improvement tool widely utilized by the military. Debriefing creates cultures that embrace learning from successes and setbacks, and solve problems to root cause.
