I am highly creative and work hard to model excellent behavior as a mentor to my peers and industry colleagues.

I am gratified by the many accomplishments throughout my career. Perhaps one of the most exciting achievements is authoring an Amazon #1 Best Seller, “The Groom’s Instruction Manual,” (Quirk Books, 2007) which has sold more than 75,000 English copies and also been printed in French, Italian, Portuguese, Czech and Slovenian. I have also been named “30 Benefit Thought Leaders to Know” by Employer Benefit Adviser, as well as “30 Benefit Pros to Follow on Twitter” by Employee Benefit News.

Throughout my career, I have repeatedly designed product marketing content and strategies that reach millions of people. In the wake of the passage of the Affordable Care Act, I created my company’s legislative strategy based on personal development as a subject-matter expert for national healthcare reform.
